Made in our manufactory with the best ingredients and a lot of passion. As a starting point, we use whole fish and shellfish from sustainable sources; We cut the fillets into fondue cubes and cook the tasty broth from the carcasses.

Description

Preparation:

Put the fish, shrimps and the broth over night into the fridge to defreeze slowly. Heat up the broth in a meat-fondue-caquelon and keep it hot with a heater. Serve it with sauces and side dishes of your choice.

Flash frozen product.

Ingredients: Atlantic Salmon (aquaculture, Wester Ross Scotland UK), Monkfish (Bretagne, France), Skrei (Norway), Black Tiger Shrimps (Vietnam)
Shelf life: 3 days after defreezing. Frozen for 1 year.
