Description
Preparation:
Put the fish, shrimps and the broth over night into the fridge to defreeze slowly. Heat up the broth in a meat-fondue-caquelon and keep it hot with a heater. Serve it with sauces and side dishes of your choice.

Shelf life: 3 days after defreezing. Frozen for 1 year.
