For fish fondue and other dishes. Made in our factory with the best ingredients and a lot of passion. As a starting product, we use whole fish and shellfish from sustainable sources.
Use: The hand-cut cubes and prawn tails from the fillet are suitable as an addition to the original fish fondue or as ingredients for various dishes such as fish soups, fish ragouts or fish curries. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight.

Shelf life: 3 days after defreezing. Frozen for 1 year.
